Shipping Policy
When possible order confirmations are generally e-mailed within 48 hours. Payment is required at the time you place your order. Orders are shipped via UPS ground, common carrier ground or freight unless otherwise specified.
Standard free shipping is applicable only to continental US.
Return Policy
Pro Fab Performance Plus only accepts returns on new, unused items, and in resalable “as new” condition. Returns will be accepted with a restocking fee of 15% up to 30 days from date of receipt. The customer is responsible for all “Return” shipping charges. Please call or e-mail Pro Fab Performance Plus for return authorization. Refused shipments will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please pack your return carefully so it will not be damaged in shipment. Prices are subject to change at any time. Pro Fab Performance Plus is not responsible for typographical error.
